Picked only from the best fruit in the Shawnee Hills
We’ve been making our non-grape wines with the help of local growers since 1991. Flamm’s Orchards in Cobden, Illinois supplies us with 20 tons of apples every year. From those 20 tons, we make around 3,000 gallons of apple wine. Our blueberries and strawberries are grown by Bill Bass also in Cobden, IL. Our blackberries are grown by Darryl Thurston in Pulaski, IL. We use local fruit whenever possible and are always open to new wines if the fruit is locally available and abundant.
